A multi-channel retailer

Yesterday's numbers, before the first coffee.

The owner opened five different apps every morning — online store, POS, payments, marketplace, spreadsheets — to piece together yesterday's sales. We built one live dashboard that pulls every channel together and updates itself.

The challenge

Morning reporting took 30–40 minutes of copying numbers into a spreadsheet, and channel-level problems (a dead listing, a payment issue) often went unnoticed for days.

The solution

Connectors pull sales, orders and stock from each channel into one data store every few minutes; a dashboard shows revenue, orders, channel mix and top products live, on desktop and phone, with alerts when a channel goes quiet.

The workflow we built

  1. Connect the channels. Online store, POS, payments and marketplace all feed one data store automatically.
  2. One live view. Revenue, orders, average order, channel mix and top products — updating through the day.
  3. Phone-ready. The same dashboard works on the owner's phone — numbers at a glance, anywhere.
  4. Quiet-channel alerts. If a channel stops selling unexpectedly, the owner hears about it the same hour.

The results

  • Morning reporting went from 30–40 minutes to a glance at one screen.
  • Channel problems now surface within the hour instead of days later.
  • Around HK$9,000 of time saved monthly — and better decisions from live numbers.
