From order log to finished forms and quotes — in seconds.
This team sells telecom plans to business customers. Every order used to be re-typed by hand into supplementary order forms and quotation documents. We built a generator that reads their order log and produces every document automatically — formatted, accurate and ready to send.
The challenge
Each batch of orders took close to an hour of copying details from the order log into forms and quotes, one at a time. Manual copying meant the occasional wrong figure or missed field — and a customer chasing a corrected quote.
The solution
A tool that reads the Customer Order Log spreadsheet and generates a filled order form plus quotation for every customer — individually or the whole batch as a ZIP — using their exact document templates.
The workflow we built
- Upload once. The team drops in the order log exactly as they already keep it — no new format to learn.
- Parse & validate. Each row is checked for missing or inconsistent fields before any document is generated.
- Generate documents. Order form + quotation per customer, correctly formatted and filled from the source data.
- Batch export. One click produces the full batch as a ZIP, named and ready to send.
